Dear Sir or Madam, Dear Readers,

as has already been stated on several occasions, the starting point in this matter lies in the home town of the Triune CROWN; and if one had truly wished to find that starting point, in order to make appropriate progress in the matter and to act appropriately, then this resolution would not have needed to be passed.

The matter does not depend solely on my personal Cudgel, but on the facts as contemporary witnesses, and there is certainly room for improvement.

However, without the described starting point, everything that follows will merely go round in circles, and the precious time in between will be wasted – whilst, for example, 3.7 million children across Afghanistan are currently suffering from acute malnutrition.

I have already pointed out to you and others on several occasions that one should not mess with the CROWN – and consequently with me either – and this decision must now make that absolutely clear once again!

A document sent to Luebeck Magistrates’ Court, containing a further warning regarding the neighbourhood in Hohewarte II along with the corresponding claims for damages, was ignored without comment.

On 21 August 2026, this ‘dirty business’ concerning this neighbourhood and the course of action described was once again publicly brought to mind, as this warning too was ignored, and it is not only I who will bear the brunt of this, but none other than my sister.

As any capable businessman will know, interest also becomes due when payments are missed and loans remain outstanding. The same applies when orders or instructions from the CROWN are not obeyed or are not carried out properly.

Every thinking person should realise that the same standard cannot apply as that which was already in full force two months ago, for in the meantime the condition of the person affected or harmed has changed – and usually not for the better; rather, the afflicted person becomes physically and mentally weaker, because age and the time remaining to that person will also play a decisive role.

One should therefore focus on ‘humanity’. For just as an animal seeks a safe place to shelter, so too may it be for people who are treated badly from various sides, for example when important keys tend to go missing from such a person, although of course the person themselves is often – though certainly not always – to blame.

Unfortunately, such a person has long been missing the key to the garden gate at Hohewarte II, which has already been requested by a responsible member of the garden committee; but, unfortunately, the front door key to this person’s flat was also attached to that key – a person who, for the reasons mentioned, had already requested a duplicate key from the landlord far too often.

And this is certainly not just the fate of this particular person, who has to navigate life with extremely thin nerves, being, of course, quite unique in this matter whilst still remaining humane and always understanding towards others.

The latter is what clearly distinguishes my sister and myself!!

Decision: Every person directly involved in this matter, which has been the subject of a formal warning within the Hohewarte II neighbourhood, regarding the decisive reason for the published criminal offence committed by the aforementioned offender, will now, with a few exceptions for those affected, face a ruling that they are to be made homeless.

This measure, set to run concurrently with the final deadline specified in the last warning from 21 August 2026, is to be regarded as a generous offer, as those affected are welcome to enter their flats or houses, provided they do not enter the living area through the front door.

These people may only climb through the window via a ladder or a step ladder, like a cat for which a ladder has been provided!

All other accommodation, with the exception of the homeless shelter, must be closed to these people!

The offender, however, will have to serve a prison sentence from 21 August 2026, running concurrently with the elapsed period and in addition to the measure already ordered.

Without this described settlement of the matter, I am unable to move about within the limited possibilities available to me; consequently, no significant progress in the matter—particularly with regard to the aforementioned famine—is foreseeable as of that date.
